Harp Gallery Antique and Vintage Furniture — Attraction in Kaukauna

We have spent the past year & a half restoring a 1908 Victorian home in Brady, Texas, and -- during that time -- have purchased around a dozen antique pieces from Harp Gallery. We have been delighted consistently with everything about the experience. Their antiques are always in very good condition, without being "refurbished" in such a way that would impact the authenticity of the piece. Their prices are quite competitive, especially when one takes into account the quality and condition of the furniture. I find their website very helpful with excellent photos and accurate descriptions, and the "e-commerce" function works simply and flawlessly. Finally, I have to give a shout-out to Dar & Julie, who have delivered all of the furniture to Texas from Wisconsin. Do you love unique, craftsman made vintage furniture? This shop is a fantastic find! I was a little nervous to purchase antiques online, but Harp Gallery does an amazing job of photographing and accurately describing items in their collection. They also go the extra mile of refinishing, polishing and reupholstering as needed, so that your furniture is ready to use right away. I had searched local antique stores for a new dining room table (so hard to find decent furniture, and many have closed). I even considered going new Amish-made, but the styles are so limited and plain. I found Harp online, and my watchful waiting paid off! A beauty showed up this summer and I nabbed it right away. I also picked up a couple other items, including a massive oak pedestal that I love. We've bought two pieces from Harp Gallery, several years apart, and had excellent experiences on both occasions. We bought a large china cabinet for our formal dining room several years back, and we just recently purchased an entry hall table. Both pieces were beautiful, well priced, exactly as described in the write-up and photos, and accompanied by great customer service both before and after purchase. In addition, their recommended white glove shippers were excellent - an important aspect when buying large, antique furniture that has to be shipped halfway across the country and carefully delivered (and set up, in the case of the china cabinet) into your home.
