Eagle Graphics — Local services in Kaukauna

Ordered several items, all with different vendors that they use. Had a major discrepancy in sizing with a $37 warm up jersey that was extremely small. I called and spoke with Diane who stated that all the items were available to try on, however, the staff working at the time was only aware of shorts and jerseys when we were there and not a warm-up to try on. Diane was argumentative, condescending, and offered no apologies or alternatives because, "then we wouldn't make any money". I understand sizes and vendors and not offering refunds, however, that's not what I wanted.
