Here is the most honest review I can give this place:
We found the glass venue while it wasn’t built. We did a tour and were told things about the venue that were the selling points. Specifically, we were told the cost for extra hours after the first 6 hours and we decided not to pay for it then. A few months later, when we wanted to include extea hours, the price per extra hour had gone up drastically. Therefore we were not able to use the extra hours because the venue did not keep the promise of the extra hours. It was our mistake for not including it in the original contract, which would come into play a lot.
Second and most important selling point was the DJ booth on the second floor as well as lightning system. We were told at the initial walk through that it would available to use, but when we tried asking about it later, the cost to use the DJ booth was like $3,000 or $4,000… something that was not mentioned to us at the beginning and was a very important selling point for us. I guess it wasn’t in the contract so our mistake.
The venue itself is nice and we had a nice wedding but that’s because we planned a nice wedding.
Finally, there was a disagreement about alleged damage that took place at the property which caused the deposit to be held. When I tried reaching out to discuss and obtain more information, I followed up in writing via email on January 2, 14, 29, February 7 and 25, with no response. I used my work (legal) email to reach out and thats when I finally got a response. However, based on a recent email, it seems that the owner thought I was using my position as an attorney to scare or threaten them, when it reality it was THE ONLY WAY THEY WOULD RESPOND (which is when I finally received a response).
They say we caused damage, whatever, let it be, I guess the security deposit was correctly withheld because I did not take pictures of every corner of the inside and outside of the venue, and we are therefore liable to damages that occurred on or around the date of the event.
The lack of professionalism and response in addressing our issue, as well as the promises made to sell the event not kept afterwards are the reason why I give them 3 stars. Otherwise, the venue is nice and was sufficient for our...
Read moreOur wedding at The Glass Venue was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The space itself is breathtaking—elegant, modern, and perfectly designed for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The natural light through the glass walls created the most magical atmosphere for photos, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how gorgeous everything looked. Everything is very well laid-out, very thoughtful of clients' needs and fill every expectation that I didn't even know I needed. E.g. I didn't think I might need an extra shower on set-up morning, but that shower in the bridal suite certainly came in handy for me and my mom!
The venue is run by a family that believes in doing good business and making people happy, and they are genuinely the sweetest people. Shoutout to Katherine the venue manager and Felipe the owner! They are honest, reliable, helpful, attentive and have been extremely professional throughout the entire process.
Communication leading up to the event was smooth and responsive, and everything ran on schedule the day of. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and made sure all details were handled with care. And everything we needed to know was clearly laid out for us far in advance so as to have no missing information as the day approached.
We’re so grateful to have celebrated one of the most important days of our lives here. I highly recommend it to any couple looking for a venue that combines luxury, functionality, and...
Read moreOn October 19, 2024 I had the honor of officiating a wedding at The Glass Venue, and I was absolutely captivated by this stunning space. Modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, it’s the perfect setting for a seamless and breathtaking wedding day. The ceremony area is a true showstopper, featuring a beautiful waterfall backdrop surrounded by serene koi ponds. Both the cocktail and reception buildings are constructed entirely of glass, offering a sleek, blank canvas that can be transformed into any couple’s dream aesthetic. The possibilities for elegant, personalized décor are endless. A major highlight was the bridal suite, which is essentially a luxurious one-bedroom apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything a bridal party could need, including four dedicated hair and makeup stations, a full-size bathroom with a shower, and a private dressing room for the bride. The attention to detail here is unmatched and speaks volumes about the venue’s commitment to excellence. The staff at The Glass Venue were equally impressive—friendly, professional, and always on hand to ensure the day ran smoothly. For a venue that only opened in July, they’ve already set an incredibly high standard for service and hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend The Glass Venue to couples looking for a modern, elegant, and stress-free space to celebrate their big day. It’s truly a hidden gem and an absolute dream...
