Tropical Estates Park — Attraction in Kendall

I’m only giving this park a 1 star because of the family living behind the park. I grew up in this neighborhood and have never had any issues until recently. This couple likes to show up and say we are being too loud at a park, a public park.

The staff is great and had warned us that if they hear more than 5 people they will come and ask us to leave. Again, we are at park. Where kids come to play. Are kids loud? Yes but that’s why we go to a park for them to run and play freely, whether it be soccer, kickball, football, play in the play ground, etc. I found it absolutely ridiculous that they ask everyone to leave to another park or be quiet.

My only question is why is the family so entitled that they have the “commissioner” (as per them) let them do whatever they want? They chose to purchase a home directly behind a park, now the residents of the area have to keep it down at a...

We held a babyshower in the community room, and it was such a great experience! Mike and Stephanie were so kind and very helpful. Stephanie is such a sweet person and helped us with every step of the event! She knew exactly how to decorate for the best looks and where to place all the tables for the best flow of the space. She knows what she's doing! The place is spacious and very nice for events! It's clean, has bathrooms, and the a/c was great for a hot summer day! I used to swim at this pool for my high school swim team (South Miami Sr.) and it was a coincidence that I fell in love with the facility when it came to book for my baby shower. All my needs were accomodated by courteous staff and can we say affordable? Having the outdoor playground with ample space for my inflatables and the indoor in case of the unpredictable Florida weather made it a great choice for my daughter's first birthday as well.
