Sunset Park — Attraction in Kimberly

I grew up using this park from the late 60s , still go here and it just gets better. They previously had the World Softball Tourney here - don't know if they still do? Park is divided into East and West Sunset now- based on the ball diamonds with the original diamond down by the Fox River/West Sunset. Now multiple diamonds uphill/East Sunset. There's a decent playground from what I noticed. The "scenic view" leaves something to be desired though. Yeah, there's water and geese, but the water area has a bunch of pipes,and the best view from the bench is a giant factory. No trees really across the water. Kind of a bummer to be honest. I'll probably go back because water and geese... somewhere to walk the dog, but if I have a better option,...

One of my favorite parks in the fox Valley area. Beautiful amd well maintained. It's always a great place to go, for all sorts of reasons.
