They are a family business and they were all great! Very nice people that made us feel very welcome. This being said, the place needs some upgrades such as: The toys need to be CLEAN. I understand they’re on a farm, but allll the toys were dirty and over half were old too. My toddler had nothing to play with. The entrace needs to be paved or made straight and be nicer smelling: we had the kids wagon with us and it was a bumpy ride for our toddler. Next to the entrance there are animals and while it is normal to smell, it felt like it was too much smelliness right at the entry of the farm. More seated areas and more shaded areas needed: they were 2 groups present the day we went (9/19) and we had nowhere to sit and nowhere to hide from the sun. And all the toys were in the sun, nothing shaded. The petting zoo - it can be a lot cleaner. We did not go near ANY of the animals because they smelled and they were dirty, both the animals and the ground as well as the fence around them.
Again, great people, and it seems like they are in the beginning years of this business since i was a little surprised (not in a good way) to see everything i noted above about. We were out of there in under 30 mins (we basically just walked around trying to do something, the only two things we did was shoot with the apple cannon and go down one of the big slides). Not worth the...
Read moreWe visited this farm this fall of 2019, we were amazed by all the things to do. We came to this particular farm because we saw that the farm allows you to pick your own pumpkins. My kids loved doing that! I guess there's just something about clipping your own pumpkin off the vine. They provide carts to wheel them back to the car which is nice. You can pick pumpkins while on the hayride and the pricing is very reasonable. No pumpkins are more than $8 which is amazing because some pumpkins at other places are $15 for a even smaller pumpkin. The hayride was comfortable and wasn't too long. The petting zoo was fun, all the animals were friendly and you could definitely tell they were happy. Corn pit was worth it for sure my daughter spend almost an hour playing and it's in the shade which is a bonus! Chickens were everywhere! They like to hangout with you while in corn pit. Parents just be prepared to find a dead one and be prepared for you kids to see it. No big deal. The pricing was a little confusing at first but we just decided to pay $60 and enjoy all the fun activities. I'd definitely say this place was worth it. The owner was very kind and thankful for our visit. He seemed interested to know where we traveled from. I highly recommend this place! It's a bit of a drive but...
Read moreAll in all this was a fun place with some cool things to do. The multiple corn maze's and patches were cool to discover and walk through. The ride around pulled by horses was super cool and not something you see many places. We did not several attractions with broken items and addressed this to several people. It didn't seem a big concern which was disappointing. The corn pit was a great idea however there was hardly any corn in it which was a let down. You only get 1 apple per adult for the apple cannon. Most places include at least one per person etc. We also noted an employee smoking. Which I know we are out in the open however they were very close to visitors around several children. A side note also is one reason we chose to go here was they offer free admission for under 3 years of age. I have a chunky and tall child and it was assumed instead of asking. When I mentioned she was not 3 I was questioned a bit. I would never lie and take away especially from a local family. I could see a few improvements being made and a bit better attitudes from staff/,more attentive to activities and this place could...
