Quick edit/mention: I called before getting texted back, and the person i spoke with said the percentage off with my medical card is more, but if I just bring the paper work in, while waiting to get my card, they can ONLY provide 10% until I get my appointment for my card. So their employees are definitely confused in this situation, as well as others if they canât figure out what the ACTUAL rules are for rates and percentages of sales and all that. You are giving me inconsistent info to where I canât make an informed decision regarding your business tactics.
I like this store as one of my regular ones. I can say staff is nice, friendly and very helpful. But I just got a medical card authorization today and scheduled my appointment for a consultation before I actually get my printed card.
So... before I left my doctors office, a bit ago. I asked what the benefits were I was told 35%off, more quantity, etc.... the 35% is what I cared about. I called to confirm and higher leaf only offers 10% when you provide medical info.
Looking long term and stuff, their daily/weekly deals are better to plan out for and are cheaper than then give to their medically in need patients. The person Iâm texting right now from there, also confirmed the donât offer higher thc or cod percentages or anything along with the medical card as my doctor stated. Other stores in the area did state that this was a thing though....
Medical patients might as well pay daily deal prices to ACTUALLY save money unless you have to go on a random day cause you end up running out.
Still love this store and the employees, missing stars are for trying to trick customers with pricing and âdiscountsâ or âxx% percent offâ for medical patients and some other stuff Iâve seen them pull off, tactically. Theyâre tricking you into spending more money instead of mentioning the actual amount they could be spending. In other words, they will milk you.
Example:
28 g worth $150 but you have 15% cause itâs sunday. Their discount of the day overshadows the actual cost of the ounce with your 10% medical discount from them, unless your buying a bunch of that quantity all at once because we are allowed more quantity with the card...this gets you to buy more at once if you are on a budget.
Pricing is skewed for patients. Also, I wouldnât want to smoke the SAME thing EVERY day. Without being able to switch it up and go back to the shop for my needs as a patient, that sucks đ¤.
The sales tact in this annoys me.
I give them a neutral review bc their staff is awesome and they are nice and helpful and have great products.
But they arenât being customer conscious and in my opinion, screwing over people that canât do math or plan out ahead. My medical card is probably going to be for decoration now... oh wait this other store offers 25% off To patients! Yay!!!! I hope your prices change, Iâll still be going there and Iâll be a regular customer since you donât help your medically needed in any financial way and make it more expensive for them. Pricing is noted by your site, and percents by your own employees. Daily discounts for comparison is available at your stores. There is something seriously wrong when youâre charging sick people more than others.
Thatâs my opionion on the stores business. Like I keep saying tho, their employees are great and they have good products if your going there as a recreational user, normally.
When I contacted euphorium, for contrast. They gave me their percent for medical patients, and also recommended the near by stores that offer higher discounts for us since I canât drive far. Higher leaf assisted me trough text which I appreciated but just told me to download the leafly app... wasnât too helpful. But recently I was searching for a product and I had bought some thing because my product wasnât available and it just was nothing like the product I was looking for. When I called to just ask about my original product, Julian went above and beyond, and offered to reach out to the manufacturer and see what he could do about getting it into the shop for me to purchase. I never even imagined that I could do that I was only simply wondering if they had something else similar to what I was looking for because I was not so satisfied with the one I had purchased he additionally told me that their policy is 100% they would exchange and refund if we are not satisfied with the product which again I never expected that they would do that I just Was searching for something different and trying to get my questions out before coming into the shop. Julian was so lovely and my situation is a little tricky and he was so warm and understanding and really wanted to help me with what I needed. Again, I just never couldâve imagined the level of hospitality and Customer Service youâve always hope for that but most of the time at other shops, I donât rely on the Tenders theyâre not all that knowledgeable typically except for at the store the particular product Iâm looking for was offered and suggested to me a year ago and it completely changed my life in the best way. And it lasted over a year and probably wouldâve lasted more but thatâs neither here nor there lol can I just say that if you were looking for a shop that Has tenders that not only go above and beyond to give you 100% satisfaction, but are extremely knowledgeable, so compassionate, understanding and present with their customers. I just cannot recommend enough this location is sort of hidden which is another reason. I love it thereâs never any lines thereâs only plenty of tenders and a ton of products that you will just not find anywhere else which is another reason I have to come here a year ago when I was looking for this product, I could not find it anywhere, and just in case somebody is in my situation and the product in particular is a THC intimate lubricant not a CBD but a THC and I will tell you it is incredible if you want a full experience but short lived Only an hour or two. This is the products for you and I will also say youâre not gonna find it anywhere else I looked for months again and it completely changed my life even if Iâm not using it for intimacy it is such a good body medicated, relieving addition to any womanâs collection of healing products.    Read moreThis is my go to place for many reasons. Their selection is huge (in my experience), staff is attentive and very friendly and willing to answer questions. I've found a few new favorites from telling the staff person what I'm into and trying their recommendation! It's not an intimidating place when you walk in and I appreciate their display cases that shows your what they have available, from prerolls to edibles to flowers. It's brightly lit and plenty of parking. There's an ATM inside; I've never used it, but I'm sure there's a small fee to get cash. They have really long business hours which is great for me because I don't live close and I have plenty of time to stop by after work. With covid they've stepped up their social distancing measures. For a while they only did online orders, but I think now you can walk in again. I've gotten used to using the website to order for the convenience. You get a text when your order is ready for pick up! I also signed up for their points program which gets you (I think) 15% off your order after a certain number of $35+ purchases. It used to be a punch card, but now it's linked to your number so I forget how many purchases it takes... I want to say six? And every once in a while they'll have a sale like 20% off a certain day or $5 prerolls.
