The bathrooms are a complete horror show. Little League practices are held here, and ALL of the bathrooms were locked except for one accessibility stall, in which the toilet was so badly flooded that it was literally overflowing into the drain in the floor. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I had to have my 4-year-old pee into the drain in the floor as there was nowhere else to go in the entire park.
"They paved paradise and put up a parking lot." The new park is impressive and has some good play structures, but they took down ALL the gorgeous trees - including some amazing apple trees - that used to be there. It's just a big artificial turf extravaganza now. I literally cried (NOT happy tears)...
Read moreUpdated 8/2023: Though I was sad to see that they did not replace the big play structure they had before, there were some key elements to make up for it. It definitely has one of the longest zip lines in a public park, in this area at least.
It also has a cool feature I've never seen before, a giant yellow slope for sliding. Many people had cardboard boxes or sleds of some sort to go down the slope. But it seriously needs a recycling bin for all the cardboard people leave behind.

Small paved circuit laps the park and play structure (not really strenuous but still nice if your kids like to ride)
Small baseball field (active league) and grass field with soccer nets.
Nice covered picnic area open for reservations. Trees provide plenty of shade around grass area and play structure.
