Beautiful Greenway with river views along the way and a number of nice benches. Great path for biking, running, roller blading, etc. Most of the blacktop surface is pretty smooth and would be fine for scooters and roller blades but there are a few patches that get rough where the older blacktop is worn. The trail maps talk about plans to expand the trail network inter-state. There are power lines, but I give a lot of credit to the Parks people for being inventive and creating a pretty place from what could be ugly, overgrown, and no use to anyone.
