This is an awesome place in the winter. They have a light right off of Chardon. There, you can cheaply rent cross-country skiis and snowshoes to use on their well kept trials. There are many trails to choose from for various skill levels (from 1st time to avid skiier or snowshoer). They have cheap consesions off to the side with a nice, big, warm fireplace roaring away. We've had such a great time learning to cross country ski here. Never had been before we went here. There's easy trails and more difficult ones. They groom the trails, and there is a hotline you can call to get updates on trail conditions. Also they keep their social media updated with important info.
