I had to cancel my reservation with more than 48 hours' notice, and this business refused to issue a refund — citing a rigid “no refund” policy buried on their website. There was no flexibility, no humanity, and no professionalism in how the situation was handled.

I love to consider myself an independent strong woman. Like many of us; I balance work, family, life. Yet when our balanced scales start tipping to the negative? We MUST release!!!! My 3 Sisters saw this within me! They surprised me! We got in, got our equipment on and in the room we went! It took me 16 minutes carefully selecting a few pieces to lightly bust. Then? This place is incredible and truly what anyone having a bad day needs. Jasmine did such a wonderful job welcoming me and helping get exactly what I needed from my experience here. She was kind, funny and gentle. After the month I’ve had, I needed this space. To rage, to feel fury, and to cry afterwards.
