First time going to an event there. Was not too difficult to find the stadium but would have preferred a few more signs along the highway indicating it was coming up and where the entrance was. Parking appeared to be first come, first serve. (It is unknown if they offer handicap accessible parking.) We pulled in as they were opening the gates to the public and the cars extended all the way to the road, with some people actually parking across the road in the grass. We still managed to get a spot near the entrance, albiet at the road. Even so, it did not present much of a walk, it wasn't much further than parking in the 3rd row at Wal-Mart. Gatekeepers were fairly organized and admittance was quick. Had one little hiccup with not getting the right number of ride tickets and it was immediately rectified without a hitch. There were a few different vendors selling merchandise as well as a couple concession stands in the lines were typical for is this kind of event. There were actual restrooms which was a plus. The show was great for how little it was. It was nice being able to be close enough to see the action without the need of binoculars. Had some big event elements with a real hometown feel to it. Was worth what we paid. Do watch out when traveling up and down the stadium bench seating though. Several of the boards are really worn and are in need of repair or replacement. Our group remarked on the unstableness of a few boards several times in the evening. Disaster struck as we were leaving: one of those the boards snapped in half when stepped on by a teenager in my group! Luckily no one went through the structure, but it was scary and the kid fell, banging up their knee and hand on another board. We ushered people away from it and alerted personnel to its location. Hopefully maintenance has gone through and rectified the situation. I don't want to scare anyone away from the place, I just want them to be aware of the potential danger just like it would present itself at any other event. Vigilance is key. Leaving in a dark was a little sketchy as well with all the traffic, but I don't believe much could help the situation except for a few more road markers or better lighting. Overall I am looking forward to more of these type of events here.

Definitely one of the nicest tracks I have attended. Perfect view from the stands, beautiful track, pits easy to get in and out of. The parking lot fills up fast for big shows so if you can get there early, maybe even before the gates open. Also during the show I was at there was a long line when the gates opened. Grandstand and pits and it took some time to get my ticket. So just be aware that it can take some time. But by getting there early you can get a good seat. And the lighting! The best track lights at any racetrack in the world! I’ll bet on that.

Neat little bullring in Indiana! Racing is phenomenal! If you want to see non winged sprint cars go into a corner wide open and rear end first...Look no further people! This place and its racing will make your jaw drop to say the least. Food is quite good and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been going to this track since the 70’s and it has never been better than it is now. Fun for the whole family.

The track was in nearly perfect condition, friendly staff a top-notch operation. Other tracks can take notes from Kokomo speedway. The food was good lots of options. The late models put on a heck of a show. Definitely worth the price of admission I will absolutely be coming back!

Great racing. As with most dirt tracks, a scoreboard would be a significant help for the spectators. Kokomo Speedway's backstrait grandstand has become the preferred place for watching the action--more comfortable, much better view, AND the sun is at your back.
