Talk about premium sites. Look at the photo attached to RV traveler review. Notice the barren ground. And they call this park a premier park. LOL. Only has three workers besides owner and his daughter in law (part time) to maintain and to complete the park. Many residents took it upon themselves to landscape because the owner did not do it like it says in the literature he puts out. And his bragging comment is "the more landscaping they do the less I have to spend!" If you want good internet, go somewhere else. If you want an activity center that is available during the snowbird season and not rented out to outside parties during this time, then go somewhere else. If you want a know-it-all female who thinks she owns the place by putting her fingers into everything and every event but actually alienates people then this is the place for you. One post commented about bad apples, maybe the apples turned from awesome fruit to rotten fruit because of the favoritism given to a select few and others where chastised for doing the same thing. My understanding is that some people got paver additions to their site for free and others had to pay. Some residents spent money adding screen houses for a cost around $2,000. But in the future if you want one it will be around $4,500. The park model area I understand will not have any sod or water sprinklers. But those areas that did have sprinklers they were not installed efficiently and did not provide proper coverage. Did we talk about fire ants? If you want them you can find them here. Few people went to the dances or Friday social hour because the owner wanted to make a profit at the bar by charging to much rather than a break even proposition so more people would join in the events. People tended to stay at their sites and socialize. Bingo was the only event that drew maybe 100 to 125 people when the park was full. Most dances averaged between 50 and 60 people. I think for a park with over 300 residents would have better turnout. There was to be two stackable washers and dryers added to the small area called the laundry room. Dan said he ordered them spring of 2019 and they were back ordered and them cancelled in March of 2020 but yet you could go on line and order commercial grade coin operated stackables. He told us a second shower house and laundry facility would be there when we arrived in the fall of 2019. Nope. Now we heard he might not build the second one. Do not expect a gated community either having to do something with the width of the entrance. His web page needs to be upgrade and reflect what is there. After 4 years one should at least expect to have grass and not weeds. Oh and the plans this summer is to build storage units at the entrance of the park. Because he can't find a local person to put a store or restaurant there. ...

At there own expense to keep the sites looking the way they do. Irrigation system is turned on and off causing issues with dying grass and plants. Garage dumpster lacking 1 dumpster for park until middle of season. Need I say anymore. || ||Laundry is a big issue 4 washers and dryers for the whole park?? That are over worked and lack maintenance. Late night trips to a get a open washer only to experience washers that won't spin. Promised to have more equipment for 2 years and never came thru. ||||Activites are plenty but lack entertainment. A lot of music and dancing and high priced wine based drinks and beer at the bar. If liquor is your drink of choice your out of luck.||Biggest problem with activities is: to many Chiefs and not Indians to say. If its isn't the chosen few running the show there's trouble in Paradise..... ||||And the list goes on....||Stayed 2 yrs for 6 months and learned a lot: ||Upon check out was not refunded our whole $500 deposit. After being told many weeks earlier by the office Manager Wendy that there would be no penalty of $200 for canceling our 2021 reservation. At checkout on March 20th Owner said we caused him to miss prime time reservations for 2021 season and was charged the $200 fee. Known fact this practice wasn't followed for all! Some were refunded full depoist upon later cancellation than us. Again choosen few...||Funny story ....he still had 6 sites open at the time of our cancellation per his office manager. ||||By the way left 25 days early due to covid 19. Need less to say...
