The woman working the front is very rude. White large lady w an attitude. She Would Not greet custom in a manager shirt. Instead gives you a dirty look like you are bothering her. I get being busy but when you work with the public you should do it with a smile or at least be nice. As they were working on drive thru orders I watch two customers leave because they wouldn't even say hello give us a minute nothing. After taking my order they continued to get orders together. The people in front of me had to come ask for things missing in their order. When I saw them working on the drive order in front of mine that was huge they also started putting mine together then an employee in the back came up and asked her about a problem he was having with a phone or some electronic instead of her finishing the order then helping him she stopped and was fixing his problem. The lady helping her bag the other order finished it up so I got her attention and said hey can you just give me my hamburger and fries she's already got the burger and a bag I just need the small fries she turned around and very rudely said You're after this big order.. so I let her know that if she wouldn't have stopped what she was doing to help an employee who's going to be there all night she would have already had that big order plus mine out. then another manager came out from the back and told her to just get the order together and she stops to tell her no she just wants her order first and starts going into all this explanation instead of just saying you know what here you go thank you very much have a great day she wants to start mouthing off to the customers. Read moreWow, I just had a shockingly bad experience at this burger king and checking the reviews here I can see it is a pretty normal situation. I am an extremely patient person and they were BUSY tonight, especially for burger king, they had the same amount of customers as McDonalds next door - so I figured the wait would be long. It ended up being 30 minutes exactly, checked the receipt which said 6:30 got food in my hands at 7. I looked into the bags when they handed them to me but didn’t fully check it. Walk out to the car and get in, give my son his bag and he immediately complains about cold nuggets, I notice my burger is also cold after one bite and I have no fries. They did however give my son two juices which was nice but unnecessary. I was pretty upset mainly because I waited so long just for cold food so I decided to do something I never do and go back in and request a refund. Well instead I was called a liar for complaining I had no fries and they said I could come back in the morning to speak with the GM. Obviously I don’t need to waste another minute with this since at this point it’s 7:11 and I’ve been there for at least 45 minutes after standing in line. It is worth stating I normally never have issues here, my son prefers their nuggets over McDonald’s (when they are actually cooked). I am rating this review based off this experience, waste of money (as other reviewers have also experienced) there is no customer service here as you may think there would be like that of McDonald’s. They are normally not very busy and barely have the same amount of business all day long compared to McDonald’s just in their breakfast service. So if you do go while they are busy, realize you are taking a gamble on quality...
Read moreRude management, horrible customer service and do not value customer or their time. At approximately 6:20 pm on 10/06/23 I was sitting in BK line waiting to order my food. Upon approaching the order menu I noticed that two cars ordered before the car in front of me. I patiently waited to have my order taken. Two vehicles ordered before me so I spoke to get the attention of staff through the speaker. They told me “one second , we are sorry”. I waited again. I then heard them taking the order of the third car parallel to me in the other line. I again spoke and was told that i needed to wait, in an impatient tone. I said that three people were serviced before me. I still did not get serviced. After being in line for approximately 20 min. I got out of line and went in side. I asked for the manager. I told the manager that the lines should be rotated evenly and she said that they were. I told her I had been skipped 3 times. She said she was training an employee. I told her that she should not sacrifice the customers time like that. She said that I was entitled for feeling like that and that I did not value her time. I told her each customer’s time should be treated with the utmost importance. At this point another female manager approached and began yelling at me to leave the store. Both of these female managers had horrible customer service and were very rude. I will not be returning to this Burger King, because of how I was treated. I immediately went to McDonald’s and despite being in a longer line was serviced much faster and with great customer service.
