Blake Park — Attraction in Lake Helen

Great place to purchase various items and veggies at Troy's Veggie Stand, good prices and quality. So come out to Lake Helen, the Gem of Florida, every Saturday between the hours of 8am to 1pm. They also had their annual Antique Car show last Saturday, it is held the last Saturday of April. So come on out and enjoy yourself. The park is still a wonderful place for kids and family picnics. I wish they still had grills for cooking. We noticed new tables but they need a water fountain and still need grills and a gate to the children's play area by the pavlion. Now they have the tables chained 15-20 ft apart, which is inconvenient for large family gatherings. Nothing much has chclose.
