LeClaire-Hearst Park — Attraction in Lake Township

I hate that I have to leave this bad review because at the beginning of summer camp my kids enjoyed it. There was a incident 2 weeks before camp ended and I was not notified about the incident involving my child until a week later. The Supervisor has a horrible attitude. The rest of the staff was cool. It's the supervisor that needs to be retrained on how to handle certain situations. I filed a formal complaint and was told they are completely an investigation. I have not heard from anyone. It's been over 2 weeks. Been calling the risk management team for over a week and left vm and still no return calls. Shows how much they care about our kids safety...

Actually was really relaxing to walk the track, enjoy the scents and sounds of nature after a rainstorm! This park is tucked into the corner of the neighborhood and is peaceful and quiet. It has baseball diamonds and I've watched some soccer games being played there. Has a clean playground for kids to play in. Has a fieldhouse but I'm not sure what type of programs they offer. Worth checking...
