INCREDIBLE STORE. Oh my goodness. I have been here twice and the ladies that work here (Christine & Jan) are so so nice and hospitable. They answer any and all questions quickly and easily re products, returns/exchanges. You can tell they really love what they do and love serving the customers which really enhances the shopping experience! My most recent purchase, I bought this darling blue jay journal that is made from 100% RECYCLED waste and is a fair trade journal (I believe coming from Thailand? I disposed of the little piece of paper that explained where it came from.) It is soooo stunning and was worth it! Only $18 for this? I am definitely coming back for more as they had tons of other fair trade journals with different wild life and gorgeous flowers on the cover. I also bought this same journal that had a hummingbird on the cover and gave it to my neighbor whose favorite bird is a hummingbird. This makes an excellent gift for yourself, friends, neighbors, or grandparents- really anyone who loves nature! (MOST of us!) I also got two of these little stones with bible verses. A very affordable and kind gift for yourself or anyone who could use the encouragement. Honestly, the items and the store was awesome. The artists are very talented. The prices are good. However the service and an employee was unfortunately rude and made me feel unwelcomed to the point I didn't buy what I was about to. I don't wear scented products but they had some natural, non toxic scrubs and lotions. So I was smelling them, because I don't wear scented items. The employee jumped from behind me and said "DO NOT OPEN THOSE!" It scared me because I wasn't expecting it, but I told her all the others were open and I don't wear scented products, she told me to smell a different one that is of the same scent that is open. Okay. But then she told me not to do it with another product. She was rude, took what was in my hand and I walked away. I would have purchased 3 of them. She then proceeded to remove every single one of them from the display. She lost me, my husband and the other 6 family members with me...

I would give zero stars if I could, because of utter unprofessional and rude behaviour. I liked the store initially but literally 5 seconds (no exaggeration, 5 seconds) after leaving the store at closing time, as soon as we stepped out, my girlfriend noticed she left her glasses on the table next to the register. We knocked on the glass door and the owner and staff ignored the sounds of knocking while looking at us. Such classless people. Even after I gestured to them that we had left the glasses, they did not acknowledge our knocks at all, and refused to allow us to retrieve the glasses while we knocked on the door with them clearly looking at us. We wanted to purchase some pieces but glad we did not. Do not waste your money on a business that has no respect for its customers. I have never in my life experiences...
