I had a very good experience with one of the staff. I had a bracelet that broke and they exchanged it for a new one. Very helpful. The reason I only have it 3 stars was bc they were having a sale and since they decided I was exchanging I couldn't get the sale price even though it was like buying a new item except I had a credit.
