Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Lakewood Township

I took my children here as part of her birthday party.. we arrive 20 minutes early.. so my kid started to play with some of the things they have to offer - the Skyclimb wall in particular.. They were asked not to climb because they didn’t have “the Sky zone socks” on! Wait what? I see No sign NO where, where that is posted! And we are going to be paying customers! This is really how you treat kids coming into this establishment?? Sounds all political and financially based! They seem to care NOTHING about the kids! My son wanted his birthday here this year and Im going to find another place like “Get Air” because I’m totally turned off by this experience. FYI - at the time there was only 3 other kids in this ENTIRE place! Absolutely ridiculous, disrespectful staff. Drove an hour and a half for a kids birthday party and entered into chaos. We have a special needs toddler so a parent needs to be with her at all times. This was disclosed at entry and they had no problem taking our money. Within 2 minutes of letting her on a trampoline, we were approached by a staff member with a horrible attitude telling us we can not accompany our own child and that we were a 'liability'. When we refused to leave her side, we were bombarded with children claiming to be staff. We were then threatened to be removed. Once I recited the law on putting their hands on people, they threatened to call the police on us! One kid advanced on me like he wanted to physically fight me in front of all the children. It was a good thing we had military friends at the party to de-escalate the situation the staff...

It's funny how you consider my bad review spam?? But when I left my first review, it was a five star, but you wouldn't consider that spam would you?? I'm sure you were happy to get it. When I call I'd like to speak to the general manager, who should I ask for? Update to my previous review. All I can say is that this park has gone way down hill since our first visit! The management isn't even trying to make this a fun experience anymore. I was told they are under new ownership and all they want is money, even at the cost of the great service they used to have. Don't go here if you are a female because they won't respect you.
