Deputy Pierre W. Bain Park/Eastside Pool — Attraction in Lancaster

I think this is the worst park in lancaster. Theres others that have their issues but this one takes the cake. Lot of gang activity and restrooms are hang-outs for the hoodlums that go to the school next to the park when they ditch witch is every day. Any time of day you see the homeless and just people in general drinking in public and no park authority anywhere. I dont feel safe bringing my kid here. Pool only open when schools compete . Play ground had water where the slides end it needs to be filled up again with is it bark. Its hardly anything on that ground. A lot of men playing dominos drinking and smoking weed.
