Great place for walking or running and it is very well lit. The trail that cuts through the middle of the park is beautiful. It has plenty of benches and trash cans. The pond there is surrounded by benches on one side. The trees provide plenty of shade during the day. The track is exactly one mile around, not counting the middle track/trail. You can also walk around the grass area/fields if they're not too muddy from recent rains. The Krezia L. Memorial Garden is also located in this park. The garden is peacefu and quiet, a wonderful place to just sit and contemplate. There's no clear path to the garden or signs that I have seen, but I always go off trail and followed a dirt path when I came across it. Clean restrooms, baseball fields, football fields , covered basketball court, large parking lot, exercise equipment and drinking fountains. There is even a snack stand open during certain game times.
