Owner is extremely rude. This was our experience on several occasions. Our final interaction with him was when I called to verify an appointment that we had the following day and was instead met with a voicemail message stating he wouldn’t be in for quite sometime due to a surgery. At no point did he call us to tell us any of this information. Had we just travelled on the day of our appointment we would have travelled over an hour just one way just to find no one there to help us. Thankfully that was our last interaction because we were referred to a great place in Uniontown. The woman there was extremely kind and professional. There is no excuse as to why the owner of Stereo One would act in such a rude unprofessional manner. I hope he can find it in himself to start treating people as equals rather than less than
REPLY: Not sure if there’s another way to reply, but this is how I guess I have to do it. First, I’m not quite sure why you had to state that I was coming in for DUI. I, and I Underline the “I” in this sentence, have never once had a DUI in my entire life. Thank you. Secondly, each time my boyfriend and I have came there you had a “better than you“ attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable. And me recently emailing you topped it off. I understand things happen and it’s not always easy to do what is best in situations. However, if we had driven out there it would’ve been extremely upsetting to be met with no one being there. Whoever you contacted and whoever was supposed to deal with contacting your customers, did not. As we were not notified that you were not going to be there. Thirdly, instead of getting upset and defensive about negative reviews, maybe try to see if the complaint could be at all possible and actual. And after that, just try and do better. Use it more as a learning experience I guess that’s what I’m trying to say. And lastly, I am genuinely very sorry you’re going through a lot of health issues, I wish you nothing but the best. Read moreI took my 2018 Ram 2500 to Chris to get a new Bluetooth touch screen installed. He did an amazing job with the install. I contacted Chris about a week later and told him that while using Bluetooth for the phone, people were telling me my voice was muffled. Chris said the issue was probably a faulty microphone and he would order a new one. A few days later, the new microphone was installed and the microphone is working properly as my voice is now clear when using the microphone.
