Overall I would say the salesman (Mark) was very nice and helpful and the furniture is reasonably price, but I'm not at all satisfied and unless you are ok waiting months for your order don't go there. I went in June to purchase a bedroom set for my son and he said the manufacturer stated the delivery would take 6 weeks. I wasn't exactly thrilled to wait that long but I understand with the pandemic there's not really anything else that can be done and I understand that at this point shipping is out of their hands. However, on week 7 without even so much as a phone call stating the order was running late, I called and they stated the order is still at the warehouse and it could take another week but there was no guarantees it would come then. I decided to cancel the order and was told I would have to pay $130 restock fee even though the order does not come assembled, they didn't have to pay any shipping cost becuase it never had to leave the warehouse, nor did their warehouse have to unload it. Read moreWe went in for an advertised before and mattress. When we got there, Kaitlyn took us all the way to the back of the store to show us the frame and mattress. We said we wanted to purchase it. She said it wont be in stock for a few weeks. I put money down on it. They required a payment. Kaitlyn called the following day and said the mattress would not be in stock til march. Asked me to come in to try a diff mattress for $40 more. When I went in we tryed the other mattress and said it was fine. Will go pick it up. She said it's not in stock either, neither is the bed frame we assumed we were getting. At this point, I asked for a refund of my deposit, I said this sounds like a classic"bait and switch". When the delivery showed up, the driver was at my door, with no mask, and started to walk in without me giving permission. When he started to i said do you have a mask. When i did his tone and demeaner changed. He asked while staring annoyed at me if i "really wanted him to wear one". I said yes. He went to go look and see if he had one, which he did not and told me while not covering his face at all (keep in mind this is during the recent Covid surges. He went off to find one, his partner did have one and i asked how busy they were. He said i was 1 of 15 stops for that day. So this man not only did not have a mask, but also had no intention of wearing one until prompted, so he could have spread it to 15 homes or caught it at one and spread it to others.
