I recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting Big Air Trampoline Park in Laurens, SC, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric kids laughing, families enjoying themselves, and an overall atmosphere of fun and excitement.

What truly made my visit stand out, though, was the incredible service I received from one of the employees, Keilyn. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from helping with check-in to ensuring we were comfortable and safe while enjoying the attractions. Her warm smile and attentive attitude made all the difference. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests’ experiences the way Keilyn does.

Whether it was helping navigate the different trampoline zones or just checking in to see how things were going, Keilyn was a true professional and a bright light in the park. Her enthusiasm and care added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.

It's a nice place to get out and have fun. On Saturday nights the police take charge of security measures which is pretty scary cause that means it gets bad on Saturday. I almost got into a fight with someone over something very stupid. Saturday people are very aggressive. Daytime is better to have fun. I spoke to owner about some concerns I may have. He addressed some issues but there are some things to watch out for that this place needs work. Like for instance the staff gets your orders for food wrong. I ordered some food here and every single time I didn't get what I paid for. Everyone that comes here please watch very closely your receipt and make sure you get everything u paid for so that's the only complaint so far . This place is alot of fun and they make u sign a waiver before you get in. I don't like the fact is that they ask alot of personal questions. Why have rules here if you have to sign a waiver. I had an amazing experience at Big Air, and a big part of that was thanks to one of the staff members, Summer. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She greeted us with a warm smile and made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and excited for the day.

Summer went above and beyond to ensure that we understood all the safety guidelines and helped the kids get their wristbands and socks quickly and efficiently. Her helpfulness stood out—she answered every question with patience and clarity, even during a busy moment when other guests were waiting.

Throughout our visit, I noticed Summer actively walking around, checking in on jumpers, and keeping the environment both fun and safe. Her hospitality was genuine, and she clearly cares about creating a great experience for every guest.
