A 20-30 minute interaction turned into a little over an hour. My husband and I wanted to try the new subs my husband ordered what they call the monster which is a steak and cheese with bacon, onions peppers and pepper jack cheese and ranch.... the kid behind the counter starts making a meatball with pepperoni sandwich which they call the boss so anyway my husband and I at the same time said to the kid hey you're making the wrong sandwich so the kid puts the meatballs aside and grabs the bread my husband asked for and makes the right sandwich wraps it up then asks what I want and I tell him and he makes mine no problem and wraps it up and I'm getting ready to pay my husband goes out to the car figuring I'll be right behind him..... NOPE the guy that was ringing me up said it'll be $23.40 so I pay and he hands me just one sandwich knowing I had two so he asks his coworkers where my husband's sandwich was and he was told that someone in drive thru has it and by now my husband is back inside asking me what's going on and I told him and well they had to make my husband's sandwich like 5 times and when we finally get to leave I said can we get a refund or something cause y'all had to make a sandwich 5 times and having a disabled person standing in line for over an hour for a sandwich and I was told NO have a good day..... needless to say my husband and I are NEVER going to subway...
Read moreThe server at the beginning of the order process, a woman with scars on her face(as I did not learn her name)was extremely unprofessional. Her attitude illogically surly, angry, dismissive, and combative was actually yelling at me and my daughter as she took our orders. She treated us as if we had done something wrong coming into the restaurant and having the nerve to place our orders. I was shocked when she began to verbally abuse me. For what I can only describe as asking for a turkey and bacon wrap. My daughter asked for a sandwich on flat bread and the woman yelled saying if I said the wraps are frozen, that means I can’t give you flat bread either! She was beyond unprofessional! She was disgusting in her mistreatment of 2 customers. And there was no explanation. I will never go back to that location again. She was a revolting representation of the Subway franchise. I wonder if Subway knows she is at the location promoting herself as a representative of them? Her representation said the franchise no longer wishes to operate. Great...
Read moreCalled to place an order. Answered.... without saying ANYTHING. AFTER several "hello" finally ask what I wanted. Then took my order and when I said.. yes, that's all. HE HUNG UP ON ME. DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING.
I called back UPSET... and they didn't even care. Ask my total and how much it would be... and was given the answers.
Now I'm scared to pick up my food, due to the lack of professionalism... will they do something to my order????
And subway must not be too concerned bc they also do not provide a phone number to report customers experiences. They expect you to take YOUR TIME to write an essay.
I'd rather write my essay here FOR EVERYONE TO SEE! Thanks for waisting my time and charging premium prices.
