We went there to fish which wasn't to productive at first. There was only about 3 spots off the paved trail to fish the creek, so we walked and walked til we found what seemed to be a hidden spot and then the fishing got better alot better

Beautiful hiking area. If you park in the lot and go left, this little hiking path leads into town. It was snowy but we'll kept and absolutely gorgeous. We had a great time enjoying nature.

Dropped off our kayaks in Clinton and coasted down to here. Very limited parking so get here early. Trip took about 2-2.5 hours without paddling very much.
