We had such a great and pleasant experience from start to finish with The Softener Guy!

We recently moved to a place with well water but coming from the city all our lives, we knew very little about water softeners. When we were buying the place, our realtor said "just throw salt in it - that's it!" So that's what we did for a few years. We quickly realized the actual importance of the system after it broke and we turned it off. Everything in our house started turning orange and I panicked. I sent my husband 15 screenshots of places to start calling ASAP.

Our second call was to The Softener Guy (Isaac). He actually stopped at our house the same day we called (for free), gave us our options and costs to fix or replace, tested our water and gave us some new and very insightful information. He was very personable, honest, professional and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't actually need. Even though this was new territory for us and we could have continued calling other places for opinions and quotes, we trusted Isaac's word so much after just that one meeting, that we didn't even feel the need to call anyone else after that. That's how impressed we were.

We cancelled the appointment we had just made with the first place we called, talked over our options for a few days and decided to go with a brand new system rather than repair. Isaac scheduled us for an install, showed up on time, and they did an amazing and quality job installing our new and improved water softener. My husband even had the pleasure of hanging around and asking questions while Isaac and his dad worked all day. They are truly a great duo of men with old school work ethic who couldn't be any more dependable or honest if they tried!

I wish I could give them 100 stars. We will highly recommend their services to all our family, friends and acquaintances.

Isaac came out a few months ago when I was exploring a system for my girlfriend’s place. After testing the well water he left a brochure with what we needed to treat the water and the cost of the equipment, labor and tax. We did our due diligence and checked out a few other companies. During the time since I first met with him I called him a few times with questions about different options and he was very professional and patient never once making me feel like I was bothering him. We ultimately circled back and made the decision to have him install exactly what he said would work best for our issues, he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He recommended an AIO system to treat the well water and gave me an option to either rebed the old softener or replace with a new one, we opted for the new one. I drank a full glass of water right out of the same tap that I couldn’t even stand to rinse my mouth with after brushing my teeth prior to the new equipment being installed. He and Chuck arrived promptly today as scheduled, explained, and communicated everything from start to finish. I’m on city water. The chlorine smell and taste was unbearable, and still annoying noticeable through the fridge filter. The deposits of white and pink powder left over by dried water in the sinks, toilets and shower was a constant struggle. I wanted to get some type of filter system for a few years. I called 3 of the big companies and there prices were ridiculous and the salesmen were creeps. Thankfully I found the Softner Guy. He was less than half the price. He was very informative and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I was convinced I needed a reverse osmosis. The Softner Guy actually talked me out of it. Said it wouldn’t be necessary and I still wanted it he could install it later. So I signed up for the water softener and the carbon filter. The guys did a fantastic job with the install. He took every step to make it look clean and took a lot of extra care. The difference in water quality is AMAZING. The glasses come out of the dish washer without any spots. The showers are soooouch better. Hair and skin feel great. Most importantly I can drink water straight out of the kitchen faucet and it’s FANTASTIC. I don’t even get water out of the fridge filter anymore. If your on the fence, don’t be and don’t go with anyone else. These guys...
