On Sunday, we visited the location at 4 pm, unaware that snow sledding was not permitted. Upon arrival, the staff informed us of the rule and we began to pack up our gear to leave. However, as I was walking back to my vehicle, a senior staff member suddenly approached me and yelled. I explained that we had not started sledding and were in the process of leaving. Despite this, he physically pushed me in front of my children and other families, which was captured on the webcam. Fortunately, the situation was de-escalated when bystanders intervened, preventing further escalation. The staff member then claimed to be calling the police to report me, but no officers arrived before we packed up and left. This place is small and crowded with long and slow tubing line, To make things worse, the staff is very rude and inconsiderate, especially the management. A boy presented his parent's 6-punch tubing punchcard to take the parent's tube ride after spending time in a long line. They punched the punchcard, but sent the boy away saying the punchcard has to be used by a single person and not be transferred. So, they punched the parent's card but did not give a tube ride to the boy. We confronted the manager and told him that even if the punchcard cannot be transferred, he can deny the ride, but he cannot also punch the card at the same time, since the ride could still have been used by the parent. Turned out this was the manager's "punishment" for the boy who was trying to use his parent's paid ride.
