Whispering Springs Horse Farm — Attraction in Lehigh Township

This horse place is terrible for lessons. trail rides maybe not lessons absolutely not. They dont teach you anything whatsoever. I used to go to this place and ridden there for a few months and learnt nothing. I was still flopping around the horses back and couldnt ride at all. this was when i was uneducated and didnt care about the horses well-being, all i cared about was riding. If you look in some of the videos and photos the horses mouth is ride open, if you look even more closely they use leverage bits for BEGINNERS. THE HANDS OF A BEGINNER. I wonder how that horses mouth isn’t completely ripped off. All the horses there look miserable and want to get out of that place. The horses are absolutely gorgeous, but maybe with a better owner and used for something other then lessons and trail rides, the horse would be even more gorgeous. This barn isnt awww happy and fun 🥺🥺🥺 It may be fun for the human, but for the horse it is not. Yes theyre fed, groomed, have turnout, and well loved but please, learn how to instruct and for the love of god stop using leverage bits....

My sister and I have never ridden horses before but really wanted to have that experience. Unfortunately the stables in our area all required a year or more worth of riding lessons which didn’t make sense for us to do. So when we did a quick Google search and found Whispering Springs we were so happy to see that they are offer one hour rides. The instructors that went on the ride with us were very helpful with instructions on how to ride comfortably for you and the horse. I personally am a bigger person and they gave me Angel, she is a sweetheart. My sister got Joe, also a great boy. Fantastic place! My 9- year old quarter horse needed some tuning up. Darren April and Katie did a fantastic job with her. My Luna needed a trainer with a soft but firm hand. This was the place. My wife and I were able to ride her on the trail thru the beautiful landscape surrounding there facilities. They even let my wife ride one of their horses so we could enjoy together. We strongly recommend whispering Springs Farms. They are top notch at everything they have to offer. Going to take the whole family up in the spring time for a trail ride and to experience the serenity peace that comes from being one with a horse. Thank you Whispering Springs for a great experience.
