We had our 45 year class reunion here and it was a great experience. Everyone seemed to have a good time and many commented they were pleased with the winery. The food was catered in as the winery does not serve food. The building features high ceilings with barn siding on the interior walls to give a rustic appearance. I'm not a big fan of Illinois wines but the ones produced here are actually quite good. I think the best thought is the pinot noir. The grape juice is shipped in from California but the wine is made at this location. With many of the other wines the grapes are grown right on premises. They had Pottery, deer antlers, and other decor items for sale with their name on it. I thought their bathrooms were nice, extra nice that they put little benches outside the door, because women know there's always a line for the bathroom.
