Hands down the best marina on the lake. Have had bad luck with the restaurants over the past few years but the marina and it's staff are first class. The general manager has made enormous strides in improving the marina and communicates often and clearly with the members to ensure you are well informed. The office arranges special member events throughout the year to bring everyone together. Staff works hard to keep the facility well maintained and clean. The gas dock/store staff are always outgoing and welcoming and engage the members to get to know them. All staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated.

This Marina is full of beautiful boats with a restaurant on the water called The Rockin' S they have a public and private boat ramps as well as a huge grass beach with a public swim area. All in all a fantastic place to come visit! The entrance to the marina has changed a little over the years, expect to pay $15 card only at the main gate everyday. I know it's a little extreme, especially if you only plan to eat lunch or walk the dog for a short time.

Awesomeness! Clean, great location. Boat sales, covered boat docks, picnic and swimming areas. Cant beat the rental prices either. Our pontoon boat that seated 8 comfortably was 125.00 an hour. Jet ski were also reasonably priced with a 2 hour minimum.

My boyfriend and I visited on 4/2 just after 2pm. The security guard attending the gate, an older “gentleman” with gray hair, was impatient with my boyfriend when we pulled up to the gate to pay. He said “press Pay $14”. My boyfriend, mind you is still learning fluent English, took a moment to read the screen. The guard began speaking Spanglish and said “no, push UNO” (not even an option) and PHYSICALLY grabbed my boyfriend’s hand to “help him” push the buttons on the screen. I said, “sir, that is not necessary, he can do it”. He ignored me, and grabbed the credit card from my boyfriend’s hand, and said “SCAAAN IT” showing him like a two-year old, and literally shoved the card back in his face. Not even exaggerating. I again said “sir, please stop, this is not necessary”. He told us to put the ticket “like this” on the window, then reached inside the car to put it in our dashboard, and waved us through. I said “wow, you are incredibly rude sir” and drove off. Honestly still shocked by the disrespectful, demeaning and aggressive manner this man treated us. Just to pay the entrance fee at the gate. We even left and came back to buy lunch, this time I drove to avoid further issues, and the guard tried to gripe at me on how to use the monitor until he saw who I was and heard me say “I got it, I don’t need your help”. His defense was “well most people don’t know how”.

My boyfriend and I love this place but now not even sure we want to come back. He’s frustrated to have had such a bad experience here, just because he’s not 100% on his English. He left feeling very upset and disrespected. This place is honestly great, I wish I could give 5-stars, but they certainly need to reconsider whoever they hire to be their gate security. Doesn’t matter how bad your day is, whatever your excuse, you don’t speak to another adult human being in that manner, and you certainly don’t put your hands on...

Caution renting here. It’s difficult to leave a one star review but Google won’t allow me to leave zero stars. As a covered boat storage customer, the service is undeniably terrible. If they find you are not storing your boat in your space often enough, they will cut your lock (twice) and allow slip renters to store their boat in your space during times of freezing or bad weather. DEAD. SERIOUS. Even though I am still liable for damages on a space in my name, they don’t see a problem with it. I can’t even go into all the reasons why this is so wrong.

Shady story still because there is no way the owner of that boat is paying for a slip. A year’s worth of slip fees is probably worth more than that junk.

They don’t keep track of who is putting their boat in your space so if there were damages - who knows who it was.

I was also told I would definitely not be getting a refund on both the locks they’ve cut.

It took two days of phone calls for them to tow someone else’s boat out of our space and they never once offered a space for us to put our boat in the meantime.

After the boat was removed, I asked for the Hull number so that I could look into filing a police report. We haven’t been storing our boat at that lake for several months (although we remained active paying customers fulfilling our contract), so we have no idea how long they’ve allowed any boat to have a storage space courtesy of us. I was they will not give me any information because the situation is NONE OF MY BUSINESS. Wow.

Rent a covered space here if you’d like to pay $203 a month for a year to maybe have a storage space.

After this experience, I honestly believe they would pull your boat out and store it in the uncovered junk yard to allow a slip owner to store their boat during inclement weather. Yes, I truly believe that. I’ve never been treating so poorly and like I’m the bad guy in a situation where I...

I wanted to provide a review of my recent experience specifically with the Service Center...

This summer I noticed steam was coming from my engine exhaust and suspected that I needed to replace the Exhaust Manifolds on my engines. A big job that needed professional execution. I reached out to the Service Center to discuss and they confirmed that Exhaust Manifolds were needed.

The Service Manager provided an estimate and we talked thru the project as well as the estimated cost. After approval of the estimate, the Service Manager provided timely updates on when the project was scheduled to begin (within a week of ordering the parts), and once underway, progress of the job. They were even able to complete the project under the initial estimate!

The Mechanics were awesome and very helpful in describing any issues that they noticed during the job. They tested the job after completion and even followed up after running the boat for a bit to make sure that everything was working correctly and re-torque critical bolts after running the engines under load and heat cycles. Exactly the type of service that is needed for a critical repair such as this.

I'm super pleased with the level of service and support that I received and wanted to give credit where credit is...
