Tatman Run Beach — Attraction in Lincoln Township

This a nice little beach area in the southern part of Raystown Lake. It does not get as crowded as the beach area at Seven Points. That being said it is much smaller and has less amenities. The beach is nice and the water area you are allowed to swim in is nice too. There are plenty of picnic tables if you don't want to go in the water. The big negative with this area is the bathroom/changing areas. They are disgusting. They are dirty and smelly. Weeds and bugs are growing in them. We come here every year and love it. From when my littles were babies and now they are adults they still enjoy this little beach. It wasn’t heavily crowded. One thing I will say is if you don’t know how to swim do not cross the yellow tube things. We saw someone almost drown because he decided to go past them. There is a reason they are there!...
