Not terrible, but not great. The pool was dirty with leaves and dead bugs floating in it. The sluice ride is a joke. The water flow is not powerful enough to keep you moving so you have to get out of you tube and walk in some spots. I was out of breath by the time I got to the end! Only one slide was open. It was fun, but your speed depended on how worn out your mat is. Atomic Blaster was the most fun. Overall it seems rundown, but my daughter had a lot of fun and it wasn't terribly expensive. It was nice to chill off on a hot day.

Me and my cousins LOVED 😍 the Wildriver water park. They only had TWO water slides, which might not seem like a lot, but me and my cousins hit them for 2 hours. The employees were a little grumpy so me and my cousins made it a goal to cheer them up by making jokes and being funny. It aggravated some of them but it made the experience all the more funny. I will definitely be making my eminent return with the cousins.

Our group of 5 adults and an infant decided to give this waterpark a try one evening. Arrived at 3:30 and paid for our evening passes. Unfortunately we forgot to look at the weather report as a storm hit one half hour later. My daughter and her husband were getting the baby settled so my son in law only was able to take two slides and my daughter was cut off at the queuing area with tube in hand as the first thunder was heard in the distance. Her ticket consisted of sitting for two hours and never even getting her feet wet. We waited until 5:30 hoping for the slide to reopen but much to the glee of the workers, they kept hearing distant thunder and extending the 30 minute wait time. Also we were never given any updates the entire time we were waiting. Interesting that they were monitoring the weather very closely however did not mention as they swiped my card that there was an approaching storm. I asked the slide manager about a possible rain check considering we barely arrived but was told she had no authority to make a decision. I called the owner/manager and stated that I wasn't expecting a refund but perhaps a discount if our party returned later in the week. I was not even granted the courtesy of a return call. Very poor customer service as we would have been happy if they would have perhaps suggested discounted tickets if we returned on another day. They obviously prefer to "take the money and run" and do not care in the least about customer satisfaction and return visits. Since my request was directed to the owner/manager of the entire resort I would assume you will receive the same treatment throughout the resort. Considering the park only consists of a few slides and sprinklers and topped off with poor customer service I would avoid...

Overall very disappointing experience. While the prices are reasonable it’s understandable why it’s so cheap. The pool was small and filthy with bugs, grass and other stuff floating in the pool. Upon getting in the pool the lifeguard immediately came over to my family and demanded my child to get out and get a life vest. No where when you check in does it state that children must wear a US coast guard certified life vest to be in the pool. I went to the front to grab a life vest and the staff were just straight up rude about it. There were other children in the pool with puddle jumpers on which most are not US coast guard approved. There really is no place to sit, so you might want to bring a lawn chair. The park won’t let you bring in outside food or beverages however they will let you apparently bring in reusable yeti cups and water bottles with whatever you want in them because they don’t inspect them. The water slides are old and have a ton of steps to walk up. The bathrooms are old and dirty. There were no changing tables in the women’s bathroom but rather an open air locker room with no showers. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the splash pad is nice if you have younger children. I wouldn’t recommend it nor would visit this place again. Probably better off swimming...

We’ve been coming here for years and this time within 5 minutes of being here I was done. The splash pad is closed, so little kids only have the pool. We had to ask for a discount since it was closed, that they proceeded to not give to other families coming in. My almost 7 year old was yelled at by a lifeguard as soon as she got into the pool for not having a parent with her, even though I wasn’t even 4 feet away. So when I did finally get in with her, as soon as she got out of arms reach of me (she’s almost 7, a great swimmer, but had a puddle jumper on just in case) the life guard told me if she wasn’t within arms reach of me she needed to get out. We’ve been coming here for years and the kids have always been fine to be in the pool, as long as we were watching them and close by we didn’t even have to be in the pool. I went to the manager and she said she’d talk to the life guard, but that it was a “rule”. The life guard switched out and didn’t realize I was behind her while she called me awful and terrible and said she couldn’t stand me. The manager just came out while I was typing this and made another scene about my 6 year old so she’s terrified to get in the water. We will never be back. Awful...
