Buyer BEWARE ! The Venue Owner and Operator, Luann was the most disrespectful, unprofessional and moody / passive aggressive person that I have ever been blessed to have met.
She frequently displayed inappropriate behavior for a Hospitality Service Provider.
She yelled at the Best Man at the end of the evening because he misunderstood clean up instructions. He was trying to be helpful. Enough said.
I was the "Day of Coordinator " for my friend's wedding. Let me just say that my friend had stars in her eyes and was blinded by love when she reserved and put a deposit on this place. The place didn't meet expectations. Food was decent, however, presentation was severly lacking. Carpets even though cleaned recently, showed stains and a lot of wear and tear ( once lights were off ...it wasnt as noticable). Place was dirty / dusty, including the ceiling fans. We cleaned what we could on our own...tables, glass doors ect.... During the dancing portion of the event there was a problem with one of the A/C units; it had to be shut down due to overuse. In fairness to the venue, it was very hot outdoors, so that was understandable. However, the drainage tube / pipe from the A/C leaked causing it to rain on the dance floor during the Anniversary Game Dance. She was indifferent to the mess that we had to clean up. We also sectioned off over half of the dance floor for over an hour, to prevent people , especially our older guests from a slip and fall.

We just wanted to thank Sara, Aaron, and their team for all the incredible work they did to make our celebration reception so wonderful! They had everything set up beautifully and planned with us in advance, so we knew our audio and visual system would work. We catered appetizers and a dinner buffet; everyone was complimenting the food! Afterward, they had all the leftovers boxed up for efficient clean-up. Came here for a craft show and found a great restaurant attached to the convention center. It’s a nice family business with very good food! It looks new with a bar and six tables. The special today was prime rib and it was awesome! Chicago Dog Burger was very good and unique.
