I purchased a roughly $10k project from Elite. This included granite for the kitchen, an island, and 3 bathrooms. They mounted 4 sinks but did not provide the sinks. I would not recommend Elite and would instead suggest Lowe’s or Home Depot. I would also recommend quartz instead of granite. The pros were that the installation guys were pleasant and wore booties as I requested and the overall outcome was acceptable, albeit not great. The cons were the following: 2 of the backsplashes they initially installed had very noticeable chunks missing. It seems ridiculous that they would even try to install them. I asked the installers to replace them and they did. However, the replacements I am stuck with are clearly from a different slab and do not match. They did not inform me of this. I expected a replacement from the same slab. Based on the template, there should have been leftover material that would have worked. I would have even preferred the original pieces again, flipped 180 degrees to hide the missing chunks. There were about 20 chips and 3 fissures in the installed granite. I pointed them out and they repaired the issues on a different day. However, I was never informed of the likelihood of these issues. There are still chips that were not fixed. There are about 8 saw cut marks under the polished surface from the supplier. The sales guy was supposed to contact me about this, but I never heard from him. I asked the sales guy to tag 2 specific slabs for my project, and I prepaid for the project before my cabinets were ready for countertops. In the meantime, they used part of one of my slabs, so there was not enough of the 2 slabs to complete my project. The main sales guy rudely told me that the material was their property so they could do what they wanted with it. I went back in to look at other material they had on hand to try to match my other slabs, and the other sales guy was rude as well. Two sides of the island needed to line up flush with two walls, with a roughly 135 degree angle between the two. When they came to install the island, the shape they cut caused a 3/8” gap with one of the walls. The installer said there was nothing he could do and that an 1/8”-1/4” gap is expected against all walls due to machine tolerances. I ended up cutting out drywall on one side to make it work. The bathroom counters had backsplashes to cover gaps, but they also had 1/4” gaps. If this is their ability, I do not know how they could successfully complete a project without a backsplash. An installer tossed a tape measure to another and it smashed onto my floor tile. The installers were about to forget to install the 2 island brackets until I said something. The templates did not match the actual cutouts, such that the stone pattern did not continue as...
Read moreIf you’re here looking at reviews searching for who to help you with a countertop job stop here with Elite Stone and Fabrication! Let me tell you I was put through the wringer with a different company with 2 no show appointments, 3rd attempt they either broke every countertop I was getting installed or cut the sink holes wrong. I was feeling beyond defeated, my walls were scuffed and beat up when reaching out to Elite. Let me tell you this company is a 10/10! I live 90 minutes from Lisbon and they had their head installer at my house the next day to template after I reached out to them to make sure I was taken care of! They scanned my walls for curves so they wouldn’t be damaged, let me have an opinion on all my countertops down to the cuts and seams and actually be a part of the process. I was shocked they had the staff and the time to help clean up my disaster and also help educate me through the process to make sure i was happy. During the order and fabrication process they continued to keep me in the loop with allowing me to approve the CNC cuts and design. Within 2 weeks Elite was back at my house with countertops. I’m no way associated with Elite I just want them to get the praise they deserve. If I could hire them to do my entire remodel I would. Their customer service is like non I’ve ever received and would recommend them every day of the week for an average job to an extremely over the top custom job. Not only do they sell countertops they’ll help guide you with your sinks, plumbing, and entire project. Thanks again for the excellent customer service can’t wait to have you back at my house after my basement cabinets are installed!
Update 8/2025: Elite came back and finished my basement bar of my dreams with a 2” countertop with stone backsplash and floating stone shelves all done in Taj Mahal quartzite which is incredibly heavy. They helped with every step of the way to make my dreams come true. Excellent customer service and job....
Read moreMy wife and I have waited over 32 years of marriage, raised our children and finally were in a situation to spend money on updating our kitchen. I found in Elite Stone a company that listened to me, answered my questions and were extremely patient for my decision. We checked many other places as I wanted to be sure of the quality and price we were getting. We found the countertops and sink we wanted and made our purchase. We then got to know the installers as they came to our house and perfomed the work. They were curtious, hard working and friendly. There were a couple of occasions I had questions and concerns but they would answer those immediately or connect me with someone else in the company that could address those issues. We congratulate the Company as they hired the right people; Will, Robert, Nick and all the employees that participated in the remodel. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you for hiring such...
