Today was the 35th White Memorial Foundation Family Nature Day and it was attended by more than 1300 people, mostly children accompanied by a parent. Go to their website for the list of events. I guarantee you will be amazed. It's the single best annual event for children and parents to learn and connect with nature in a fun and educational environment in Litchfield County Connecticut. There are over 4,000 acres of land and more than 450? miles of hiking trails and a couple of camping areas.

The museum also includes a small play area for kids with books, puzzles, and more and the grounds outside include picnic tables, a pond, and connects to the WM trails. Plenty of space for kids to run around outside while parents can easily keep an eye on them. Will absolutely be bringing the...
