The area is mostly private properties. The Springs are public. It has plenty of space for family get togethers, bbq, portable bathrooms, beautiful springs to take a plunge, climb a 50 foot tree and drop into the water. The water is blue cristal and it's deep. You can also bring you under water equipment to research the spring's depth-scuba diving. It's an experience your family, especially Kids, will never forget. WARNING: THERE'S NO LIVE GUARD ONSITE, SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWEN RISK, AND, ALTHOUGH YOU CAN BRING YOUR BOAT AND GET IT IN THE RIVER WATERS, NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED IN THE RIVER. Otherwise, enjoy your day at Royal Springs. You'll cherish and enjoy the day. Happy swimming in our cold, healthy spring waters. Cosme R. Colón,...

There is a shallow area for smaller kids and a jumping dock for the bigger kids and adults, of course. There is also a boat launch at this park. I will say if you are not familiar with the river, dont launch your boat at this spot unless your boat can handle shallower waters and shoals. When the water is lower it can be tricky to maneuver through the shoals. Definitely recommend...
