The area is mostly private properties. The Springs are public. It has plenty of space for family get togethers, bbq, portable bathrooms, beautiful springs to take a plunge, climb a 50 foot tree and drop into the water. The water is blue cristal and it's deep. You can also bring you under water equipment to research the spring's depth-scuba diving. It's an experience your family, especially Kids, will never forget. WARNING: THERE'S NO LIVE GUARD ONSITE, SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWEN RISK, AND, ALTHOUGH YOU CAN BRING YOUR BOAT AND GET IT IN THE RIVER WATERS, NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED IN THE RIVER. Otherwise, enjoy your day at Royal Springs. You'll cherish and enjoy the day. Happy swimming in our cold, healthy spring waters. Cosme R. Colón,...

Well maintained park, 5 $ admission, short walk to the springs. The swimming area is beautiful with super clear water and very light current. We visited on Saturday, December 28, and there were maybe 10 other people. We enjoyed beautiful spring, towering trees, and serene vibes, but I can imagine it gets very crowded during summer. Spring is about 30-40 feet deep and great for easy diving down to the submerged platform . Diving deck was a very nice plus. Water is 72 degrees year round, so it's swimmable even in a dead of winter . Overall, it's a great place, and I will definitely visit again, but not when it's...

One of our favorite springs to go to. Great place for a family cookout. They have covered areas with grills. The swimming area is great for kids of all ages. There is a shallow area for smaller kids and a jumping dock for the bigger kids and adults, of course. There is also a boat launch at this park. I will say if you are not familiar with the river, dont launch your boat at this spot unless your boat can handle shallower waters and shoals. When the water is lower it can be tricky to maneuver through the shoals. Definitely recommend...

I’ve known of this place for many years, so much so at the time it didn’t even have but maybe 20 reviews. It was always free to get in. But here we are a year has gone by and it’s official, they will be charging $5/car payment via card only starting in the next week or two. (It’s 11/6/2024). We met a diver who said it’s about 40 feet deep with a cavern. The water is pretty cold at about 71/72° year round. If you’re an avid spring jumper — there’s no changing area, no showers, no lifeguard, no rentals, & no food. There was an emergency phone.

Beautiful very clean park with paved walkways, picnic area and a nice well kept boat ramp. We were there in February so no one was swimming. The walkways down to the water are well built, one had a rock climbing wall (pictured) to get out of the water. It was posted “No dogs allowed” once we got halfway down into the park but we did have our dogs with us. No sign posted at the entrance that we saw. It is close to Peacock Springs so check them both out.
