Livermore Casino — Attraction in Livermore

I like the dealers at the poker table they are all very friendly n funny made my day .....I had a great time at this casino while I visiting California matter of fact I want to let the owners of this casino and also the management know that I personally think Claude Stefanescu one of the poker dealers at livermore casino is greatest who wouldn't want to play at his table great character very sincere and overall funny made everyone on his table very comfortable and part of the casino family this was my very first time playing poker i didnt even know what to do him and also the players helped me along i had fun and I will recommend livermore casino to all my friends and family members .......I think your employee should get some form of certification for being such a great employee to your casino .....thank you so very much. I came back to california now a year later and i made a pit stop at your casino to gamble a little bit at the poker table great game i dont know much about the game but my favorite dealer was there claude it was great seeing him i brought few of my friends with me to check out your casino they all loved it very much the food was excellent once again gaming table was great dealer was very kind and helpful very professional one of my friend thats a excellent poker player he said he thought he was good but claude he is great very explanatory i am surprised his not the manager of livermore casino i give him 5 stars

So get this, the reviews on this place about the food are great. I was also looking to have a beer at a nice bar, so I came to the Livermore Casino. This was on a Sunday around 9am. The parking lot was full and it's not like it's a huge lot. But I thought, "a full lot? must be a popular place" I had to park by the auto shops passing the enterprise rent a car lot that they share the lot with. I go in and the place is clean. If you come in from the back the card tables are on the left and the bar is on the right. I didn't get the bartenders name but he wasn't understanding me when I asked about the beer size. Once he understood he told me they only had pint glasses. I asked him for a MAUI and he served it. He was as polite as he needed to be but not friendly at all. As I sat there on my phone some guy named Rich came in and sat 1 stool over mine. He seemed to know the bartender. Rich told the bartender that he was late because he had issues with his highlights. Mind you...I have a Red Mohawk. The bartender laughed and I sat there feeling disrespected. I finished my beer and wanted to try the food but didn't. Bartender asked if I wanted another one I said no thank you. And I left. If you want to come lose your money on the tables and get disrespected at the bar by a local hick. This...

Horrible experience. I have been there anumber of times and each time I have found they are competely rude to people for celebrating their wins at the 21 or 3 card paker tables. In fact tonight when i was next to various other men who were loud who were not asked to leave, who were much louder and more agessive with people at the table, I went to the bathroom and told another employee i felt i was being treated unfairly being asked to be quiet when my male counterparts were not getting the same attention, I found as I left the restroom I was quickly asked to leave the premises. When I asked why I was told that I was disrupting the table. As I was Leaving I told the security gaurd it was not appropriate and I was ignored and physically pushed out. While I was outside I had various people *3 or so) at the 6 man table including me, tell me that was completely out of line. I know it was becuase The employee I spoke to in the bathroom told the security guard and he was offended, This was completely out of line and sexist consdering the men at the table were celebrating much loudre than I and were even getting mouthy wiht the employees. It was so unfair I fle tthe need to write this review and I will...
