Llano County Park — Attraction in Llano

This Park on Lake Buchanan provides an economical location for a day at the beach and picnic. We were able to drive in without paying...did not appear that fees are required. There are several places for shaded picnic lunches, and a nice sandy beach area. On the one side is a boat ramp, so there is lots of activity there. Hate the fact no one picks up the their trash and bring bottles. Need signs to help prevent the people from leaving it behind! Wanting to pay for signs myself but don't have the funds. Also the bass tournaments don't do anything to help keep up the area and take up all the space so no one can enjoy the free park. They can stay up in the pavilion and stay away from...

Get tired of the people trashing such a pretty place and they need to empty trash more often with cameras to catch the people illegally dump in. Also need game wardens to come more often catching people with glass bottles we have kids playing there. One thing is for sure glad it's still free and don't let Lcra get should of it...
