Buchanan Brewing Company — Restaurant in Llano

Found this place on a motorcycle ride near Buchanan dam. Passed the entrance 2 times then finally turned in (look for 2 faded tall long flags that say Beer) and followed the 100 small hand written signs down the street through a small cottage neighborhood to a small area with a small white building and outdoor seating. It's only open Friday - Sunday but the owners are great and the beer is great. They also have wine and snacks there, as well as a view of Lake Buchanan. Everyone needs...

Visited this place on a whim with my wife on our weekend excursion. We were looking for a laid-back spot by the lake with some good drinks. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming and attentive, offered recommendations for us first timers, and even continued to check on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

We’ll be returning not only for the friendly faces but the amazing craft beers they brew here locally....

Food by Vigilante Vittles food truck out front- very good! I had the chicken Philly (pictured) and my husband had the Mahi Mahi tacos (not pictured because he ate them so fast, but said they were delicious). Others in our group had the smash burger that looked really tasty. My husband enjoyed an IPA from the brewing company- cool...
