Located in a very interesting area, slums around, but we felt safe. Apartment building not in a best shape, there was 2 clean pools, old play ground and very old basketball court. Beach is just around the corner, but very very small and sinking. Has laundromat, closest grocery store about 10 minutes walking. Workers were cleaning territory every day we were there. I will start by saying if you just want to stay at this place its ok . Don't bring children its not that type of place, more like being in a prison lol , inside costamar is very very quiet if thats what you want do to there strict rules .
