Catalina Classic Cruises — Attraction in Long Beach

I would not recommend that cruise ! 2017/18 New Years ...We invited our neighbors to go and first off the staff was totally disorganized !! the boat left the harbor 1h late in the mean while we where in line outside at the harbor...no fun . we had VIP tickets but got cheap seating on the first deck NOT SKY DECK ..nasty chairs ...which by the way... we had to get on our own from other tables. acording to one of the members sky deck was to cold ????!!!! The DJ's did not count down and did not ever say anything. People where in line for drinks right in front of our nose and there was no room for dancing do to that. and this stayed like this for almost half the time. The boat was not only dirty looking it stunk so bad like bathroom back up and hardley moved. the staff had no clue what they where doing or supposed to do. to top it off the bathrooms where super nasty ( that is probably where the smell came from ) ..lots of people complained and where disapointed and we had to get our own drinks because nobody attendend to us ! nobody came with the bottle we've paid for or anything. An hour after we got our own chairs and set down. finally the original bottle came and 2 hours later ( at the end of the cruise) as I was asking for a second bottle I got charged 3 times $250 . sure that can happen and I told the girl as soon as i saw that on my phone BUT still .... glad we did it but never again ! If you think you want something classy and actually think VIP means something then DO NOT book this cruise ! The view of the fireworks was beautiful I do have...

I was a disappointed in the Halloween party cruise. It felt like a money grab. At the price point, I expected an experience with at least some decorations. It was just the plain boat with DJ equipment. The sinks were also expensive and the WAIT for the drinks was unbearably long. Again, at the price point, I expected better. I think they were understaffed for the event.

Finally, they seemed to have trouble getting the boat engine started, so our cast off was delayed.

On the positive side, the DJs were good. I also enjoyed seeing the Queen Mary and Long Beach...

Great experience! Me and my wife got tickets for labor day weekend party cruise. It was awesome!!! 2bars and 2 floors with different music,djs. 2 drinks around 20$, which isn't that bad!keep them comming :) the crew was nice, also beautiful views of long Beach and marina. I recommend it for people who like...
