Triple Creek Shopping Center — Attraction in Longview

Posados is one of my favorite Tex Mex places to eat. We asked Antonio if we could be seated in our usual booth and he accomodated us. I love their fried tacos, enchilada plates, chile rellenos, and for this visit I tried steak & chicken fajitas combo quesadillas; they were amazingly good. 😋 I get the regular Mexican rice, but for this visit I got the cilantro lime rice and carrots beans; my food did not disappoint. My husband ordered a burrito and enchilada with white queso and his only complaint was the queso was too salty (I tasted it and it was). We didn't say anything; he just scraped it off and put salsa on top. Our waitress, Aleesha, is one of the best so when you go, if you don't have a favorite ask for her; she goes above and beyond for her customers. Her customer service is superb. I had my 50th birthday celebration here 2 years ago, and it was beautiful. There was a slight decline in customer service and food quality at one point so we stopped going, but they seem to be on track now. Went to Posados to eat. Had a good experience. Food was hot and service was good. As expected the waiters are understaffed. Ours done a very good job. They have a varied menu of Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes. Will definitely go back....
