Yesterday was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes on waitress to take our drink order. Then it seemed like forever for her to come back with our drinks and to take our food order. Asked for napkins 4 times then the manager finally walked by our table and we stopped him to ask for napkins. He immediately brought them. The waitress was extremely rude and had a attitude. There was a few people in the restaurant but not a whole bunch. We had to wave another waitress down to refill our drinks. Then it took her forever to bring us our food. We did nothing to the waitress for her to be as rude as she was to us. Asked for to go boxes in which it took her 20 minutes to bring them. If we had not wanted Mexican food so bad we would have left. Not sure If we will be back. Spent $ 60 on the food and didn't even get to eat it . When she was to bring the food out. She stopped over by where they do the tortillas and walked off but left our food there. Had to ask the manager to get her to bring it before it got cold. We just got to go boxes and she was so rude that we didn't even eat it all. When she saw we were leaving she brought us our ticket and it was tip time. She changed her attitude. We did tip but not her we gave the manager the tip and asked him to split it between himself and the other waitress that we had waved over and she helped us a couple times. And we weren't even in her section. The worst service by a waitress we have ever received only gave 1 star but that's to many and it wouldn't let me...

Read moreThe food is decent, but the service sucks. I called in an order for two large chicken tortilla soups. When my son returned home with the soups, I opened them and there was literally only chicken broth and avocados in the cups. So I called and asked to speak to a manager (Evan) he implied it was left sitting on the bar for 10 minutes before my son arrived to pick it up. So, if I'd gotten there immediately after it was brought out of the kitchen, there would have actually been chicken, tortillas, and veggies in soup??? He said well it settles to the bottom, I said sir.....I stirred the cup of soup before I called you but the broth is so transparent that I really didn't need to because you can see straight to the bottom of the cup. I took the soup back, got my money, and the staff at the bar looked in the cups (after I requested she do so) and her face told the story. The manager did come over, never apologized nor did he offer anything complimentary for my inconvenience. At that point I did help to educate him on the importance of good customer service. It definitely needs to be the focus from the top, it drives sales, it keeps customers coming back. The best marketing tool a restaurant has is word of mouth, the staff has the opportunity to influence the kind of words that will come out of the mouth of...
