Some nice trails, easy up to gain some quick elevation with rewarding views. I’m not a huge fan of trails following giant electric towers, only downside of the route I took. Some shade cover, some small creature friends, nice evening walk.

I like this trail. All most every week I go for hiking. You can choose different length trails. It's little difficult to get parking some times. Very good family hiking place in South Bay area.

My favorite hiking trail close to home. You can do 5 - 10 miles depending on how long you have. Great views of the bay area. On a clear day one can see the Bay bridge.

If you don't want to struggle with the crowds inside Rancho San Antonio, especially during the weekends, this is the place for you. You can either park near the model aircraft field or further down near the trail-head. I usually choose the moderately steep climb. It is an uphill hike all the way up to PG&E Tri-Junction and Stephen E. Abbors Trail. Great views of the valley from up here. You can even see military aircraft landing and taking off from...

Great trail both for views and clean air. Also has a variety of "turn around" spots for different levels of hikers. At the top where it connects to the high meadow trail, it also connects to the Black Mountain trail. The connecting trail itself is very sunny but so beautiful and worth the extra push at the end of...
