Very pretty! One of the prettiest local parks, trails, and views you can get without having to go to a "national park". It's near the Santa Susana historical park and pass, which has a lot of hiking trails, which you should definitely check out within 5 minutes walking distance. After heavy rain, check out the wagon trail which leads you to a waterfall trail to see a waterfall. The park is horse friendly but you can find signs of coyotes, bobcats, rattlesnakes, and more not too far away. The park is relatively safe though in terms of wildlife and people. There seems to be one narrow way in and out though, which is inconvenient. The park is well kept and provides unparalleled natural desert beauty you have to see by going to the very last parking lot. Lots of big rocks and desert fauna. A must see during rhe spring for the...

However, they do have special fencing on one side of the playground to keep them out. The women's bathroom was locked and the men's bathroom door was cracked and dark inside. I didn't feel safe using it especially bc it was on the far side of the building and there was no one in sight. From what I saw of the tennis courts they looked really nice. Will definitely come back to explore the trails without my toddler. Overall, beautiful, well kept park but bathrooms really...
Read moreSo you start about 100 feet into the tunnel. When you see the train you start running. There's these indents in the tunnel about every 30 feet. Whoever makes it the farthest without getting hit by the train wins. This game was much easier before the Metrolink trains. Back in the day we thought the Amtrack trains were fast, but the Metrolink trains do about 65 going through the tunnel. Also lotsa caves to explore. But nowadays there's usually a bunch of homeless in them. The ground is full of led so don't eat the dirt or lick any rocks. I give it 4 stars because one time I...
