I decided to go hiking here with my dog and thoroughly enjoyed it. I went at around 10am on a Friday, and it was empty on the trail up until half way through where I started to encounter other people. It’s a loop trail and was about 2.5 miles long- took me a little under an hour long to finish. I went counter-clockwise by going right instead of left. It started off very easy with nice laid out paths, and mainly a downward descent. Once you reach the bottom you’re walking on a cement path behind a residential area. From there you begin your upward trek and this is where it gets a bit difficult. We got lost at one point by accidentally going off the trail and had to go back. One part was relatively difficult since it was muddy from the recent rainy weather- and it was a very steep incline. I had to use tree branches to hoist myself up while having my dog with me. I did run into a couple with two off-leashed dogs that immediately ran and tried to attack my dog. This is a leashed dog trail, so it was a bit scary and unexpected. Overall a great trail other than that- there was nature, wild flowers, the water fall was flowing, a cool random jeep and great views of the valley.
I was able to easily find parking in the free parking lot- which had...

I was able to find street parking not too far away (but note that parking is not allowed on many streets in the neighborhood). Overall it is just a bit over 4km long with about 150m of climbing. A good portion of the hike is through...
