Harbor City Skatepark — Attraction in Los Angeles

This is one of the Best Skateparks around. It was made by Spohn Ranch. They have everything dialed in. Very smooth, and fun. It has quarter pipes, ledges, hubba's, a bowl, rails, some little Manny pads.

It can get crowded. Skaters, scooter kids, roller skaters... Just be patient and be cool with everyone, or try to come at a time when it's not crowded.

There's street parking, and a lot also. There's some lights at night. Not very bright though. There are bathrooms there at the Park also. There's also the "old skatepark" just north of the bathrooms, that mere mortals can't skate, but Daewon Song can rip with his friends.

Definitely come check this place out. Probably the best Skatepark in the whole South...

The always windy park! Fresh in summer, cold in winter. Lots of green grass to play soccer or other games, not flat though, earth moles maybe.The playground is a nice size with a playset for toddlers, including 6 swings, another for older children, including 8 swings. There is also a baseball field, a basketball fueld, a small skateboard tricks park and the recreation center building with a gym. There are several team sport programs for the children to join and an area with picnic tables. Parking is not a problem. Great Park it has a alot trees where you can sit under to get shade. There is alot of room to host multiple parties or events. My favorite parts of the park are the apparatus where I have alot of childhood memories like swinnging on the swings and the other place is the newly added skate park which adds alot more life to the back the park and totally recommed you to get there . Overall this park is great place to go spend your afternoons hang out with friends or hold parties and events. My only concern would be the lack of restrooms after 5 pm but that won't be an...
