Read moreAs you get closer to this spot, the signs for it gets smaller and harder to find. If it wasn't for the protruding "Gate" of this memorial you would never had know it was there. I agree with a previous reviewer of this spot at how poor of a monument that was made in honor of the sacrifice of the people who were displaced during this time in history. It's a statue of a couple fishermen, a few black and white plaques, several metal plates of those who contributed to this, and four sets of rocks in a parking lot with buildings falling apart around it....

We should never forget the injustice that was served and should look to survivors and their children as an example of compassion and understanding.
