Seafood: Not as fresh as I expected. Seems like each business defrosts their remaining unsold product for the week. However, the fish they are selling are usually on the larger side. This is great if you are buying volume, but not if you are coming here with only freshness in mind. If so, I recommend just buying in an Asian grocery store with live fish tanks as that is the freshest you’ll ever get.

This market is open to the public only on Saturdays between 2.00 am to 8.00 am. When you cook the products from here, you'll never want to get your fresh fish from anywhere else. When I take family with me, you would think they're in a candy store instead of a fish market. I can say, all of my dishes have a fresh taste and smell when prepared correctly. I'm grateful to the person who put me on the right track for my 🍤shrimp, 🍣salmon, 🦀crab legs, 🦞lobster tails, scallops, and Dover fillet of sole. 👍👍👍
